I Just want to say , I love The Food from this location Employees are so Friendly food is always freshh it was my 3rd Time and the ladys help me out with my order i try the flatwrap and all i got to say Its Love love love it . This is way better than Chipotle Even the employees at chipotle are so rude but i love how they treat Me at Mezeh i will come back for another meal with my friends.

Instead of greeting me to take my order, i had to wait wait a little until the employee was ready. I could sense she was not having a good day. I opted not to get any protein or rice. Therefore, after getting my toppings, I asked if i could get a little extra eggplant. The response was no with no flexibility. I decided to cancel my order and don't plan to return even when your location opens across the street from me in DC. You lost a customer lost over a little extra eggplant.

This was my first time and although my food was ok the two staff members were so nasty and rude when I picked up my food. I thanked the person that handed me my food and she just walked away. This was an unpleasant experience, especially considering it was my first.

Iam very disappointed this is the 3rd time the store never has the cranberry tahini dressing the two times I came to this location at princes George mall the cranberry tahini dressing was old it made me sick today I have a lemon grass drink that taste old too The table are dirty I felt forced to eat this salad because they made a salad but at the end no cranberry dressing that’s the only dressing I really like the other dressings are to spicy and strong for me this whole experience was a fail

Both wraps where also missing pita croutons. By the time I was able to eat my food, it was too late to take food back. I also had a side of white rice in my bag, which I didn't order....

Good afternoon, I am appalled that the location at Prince Georges plaza in Hyattsville, Md is cutting the Lamb Kefta balls in half and selling them as whole pieces. I have been to this location in the past and several others and this is NOT how the lamb Kefta is served. The veggie Kefta are whole balls, and so is the other option. While the lamb Kefta is very delicious, $4.50 for the equivalent two balls is not good business. Again, I have had whole pieces in the past.How can you make this right?

..After.i filled out the form i got in contact with door dash and the resteraunt... niether of them were very helpful. Door dash wanted to blame the resteraunt, the resteraunt wanted to blame door dash... no one would actually just work with me to fix the problem. In response to my complaint i was told "its a Mediterranean dish, its supposed to be cold". Yes, the toppings would be cold, but the rice and meat were supposed to be hot.
