I am writing to send you this email about my order today. This is the third time I have come to this location and I am totally unsatisfied. The staff does not speak very good English and has a hard time understanding customers. Additional, the staff is also not friendly or inviting. Hi I went to the Mezeh in Prince George County Mall today and there was a sharp shard of plastic in my food that I, unfortunately , did not notice until I took a bite of my food and directly chewed on the plastic, which caused some tooth discomfort. I just wanted to let you know so you can encourage staff to be more careful. Pictures are attached

I am not pleased with my service for the second time. They missed my order twice for delivery. When I go every signal time it’s a new person and they either charge me wrong without my rewards or mess up on my delivery. I love the quality of the food my friends and I get every time but if the device continues to be unsuccessful I will have to let all of my friends and family know and take business else where. I arrived at the store and asked if they had the new pizza option. The workers looked at me confused and asked, “Pizza?!”. Eventually one worker told us we could only order it online. After ordering online and waiting in the store for 30 minutes, our order was still not ready, 20 minutes after the designated pickup time on the app. The workers continuously asked me what I had ordered. My last order sucked, I order from u guys about once a week cuz I love ur food. I order the same exact thing every time. A bowl with shredded lamb with extra olives and onions with a market place order of extra Turkish yogurt dip and Tzatziki sauce. This last order was awful  the lamb was very fatty and barely edible and my extra Tzatziki sauce and Turkish yogurt dip came in little small cups instead of the usual normal size onces so I paid $5 each for the wrong size sauces so I did not get my money's worth and I'm pretty up... read more

We had an awful experience with the delivery driver. I attached the screenshots of the conversation. It's so frustrating to have your delivery driver curse you out because you were not able to answer their call at that instant. I got in contact with DoorDash and they advised me to get in contact with your company directly. Also some items in my order are missing. I ordered 3 cookies and only received 1.

Hello, I was messaging you because I went to Mezeh at Prince Georges Mall, MD today and their scanner hasn’t been working the previous three times I’ve been there. I haven’t been able to scan for points or use my $2 credit. It is the closest Mezeh to me and it is unfortunate that I can never get rewards because of this.

Who ever owns this franchise should Do themselves a favor and fire the manager. She was unwelcoming first off and then rude and had the nerve to tell me I don’t need to have an attitude. This interaction bothered me to the point I left the food and drove 30mins to another location at Bowie town center just to get a better service.

I ordered two salads and a side of falafel through Door Dash at your Prince George's Plaza location. I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from it. I just wanted to report it in case other customers reported the same.
