RecommendedJust moved in and so far it's been great. No noise issues, nice area. Walkable to a lot of places, bars, grocery store, coffee shops, etc. Close to a lot of parks.

The staff is very helpful and friendly Mezzo was very accommodating. They charged a low short term leasing fee (most places I found it was much higher). The maintenance team was very helpful for informing me about steps I could take to take care of the unit and during the request I made. The building is generally very quiet. The downsides were that the large windows did not open and the smaller ones that did open were very small and only open a little, so it is hard get air to flow in or out. Modern, urban living at its finest! I recently moved in and love it! For starters, the application process was smooth and user friendly. The staff was responsive and helpful with the questions I had. Once moving day came, everything went very smoothly! I love the aesthetic of the building — it feels like living in a boutique hotel! My apartment is awesome. I’m so glad I’m able to call Mezzo my home!
Just moved in and loving all of the natural light in my place! Super simple move in process and friendly staff. My pups and I are going to love it here, so close to the river and tasty restaurants (when they open again!).

Awesome place to live. Met some great people, staff are super friendly and helpful, and they accept every breed and size of dog which is almost unheard of. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely love the windows and all the natural light. Staff are super friendly and available and respect tenant privacy. Love having a heated garage and cold weather has just started. One design problem - the air conditioner unit blows onto the balcony. Makes it hard to sit comfortably outside. Should blow out toward the street.
Staff is always helpful and nice! The unit is great quality with brand new items. When I have needed something relatively small fixed the issue has always been resolved promptly. I'm thankful for the polite neighbors and nearby hangout spots. And the amenities such as coffee machine, skydeck, and pet wash areas are all bonuses!
Love living here! Staff is the best! View is amazing. Great community of residents!
