Not for a beginner Compared to my hp envy 4520 more complicated, and heavier. Still working how to learn how to set up fax lol but overall, sturdy great product. You can set up ink subscriptions. I like the buttons are big, clear and all in one.

Great for what I need Pleased with my purchase. Family members have one so that's what I went with.
So far so decent. I’ve had this printer for a few months now, and so far it’s been working just fine! It’s exactly what you would expect from a low end ink jet, but I haven’t experienced any of the connectivity issues that I’ve had with HP printers. The photo prints aren’t the greatest, but I’m assuming that it’s my fault as I have not yet taken the time to triple check all of the settings. Will update if I figure it out. :)
Brother- Worksmart printer MFC-J497DW wireless pri Bought this wireless printer to upgrade our home printer. It took about an hour to set up, but it has been great to be able to print wirelessly from my I-Pad and IPhone which I couldn’t do with my previous Brother printer. I feel it was a great choice for a non complicated home printer. I like that I can also fax, copy or print from this printer.
