Works well but color printout quality is just OK. Works well but I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the color printouts. I wasn't expecting laser print quality but this seems a bit washed out. However, it will serve its purpose as a home office printer.
Pleased with MFC-J497DW printer Very pleased with this printer so far. It was easy to set up with my WIFI which pleased me the most since I am a novice with the computer/technology. The printer was relatively inexpensive and BestBuy had the current mfg price whereas several other sites had it at over the mfg $$ price. This printer is well suited for home and casual/personal use. Brother printer ink was included and it will be interesting to see how long the initial ink will last
Good price I like the price for this printer, however when you print, the ink is not that pigmented, it’s light. But other than that it’s a good printer!
Printer Good quality printer for small home office. Alot of features but I love the Bluetooth hook up.
pretty good it works well but goes through ink like crazy and the paper tray was very tricky in the beginning to get in and out

Does what it's supposed to Bought this printer for my fiance after her HP died on her. It's a 5 star printer for what it is, a basic printer that does basic printing. If you're looking for some super fast printer with incredible printing for pictures and stuff, this isn't the one for you.
