Good printer alternative to HP This printer is very quiet and fairly easy to use. The main reason I bought it was the print cost per page is much lower than others. I it use for general office and color printing and it does just fine. The scanner works nice too.

See above. The side of the box states you can print with a mobile device. But you cannot air print on the Brother Printer and I do a lot of printing with my IPhone. Switched to an HP Printer. It works great.
Excellent price, but just so--so Price and ink-use are pluses, as is the print quality. I'm not happy with how slow the data transfer takes from my PC to the printer as well as the very limited supply of paper it holds. If you're not in a hurry or don't print multiple copies, this printer is fine. Truth to tell, I miss the HP this printer replaced.
Easy installation. Love it.
happy so far. I was replacing an older Brother printer. This one does all the things I needed, and had the advantage of Wifi connection (which would make using it so much easier for the various devices in this household). Setup was quick and straight forward. Print quality is comprable to my old printer (MFC-465CN - which tells you how long I had that one). It's a nice printer. I used this printer to replace my old HP 6500. It finally conked out. The new printer has performed nicely so far. It is a little slower than the HP 6500, but fairly easy to install and makes a very nice copy.
Very good product If you want to print at the cheapest rate this is your printer. The quality of your prints is not outstanding but for home printing is fine. My kids print a lot for school and hobbies and finally I found a printer that doesn't break the bank when it comes to ink. I researched before buying and this is hands down the best deal. Prints 2400 black and 1200 color pages per ink refill. Highly recommend.
