Best printer for active home use We love this printer based on the amount of ink it holds, ease of use, and the internal paper tray. It prints slowly, but we’re never in a hurry for a print. Prints easily from our IPhones, laptops, and tablets! Setup was straight forward and took me about a half hour with the software update. This has been god sent with the kids doing school from home due to COVID. Prints double sided which is a must for most of my work. WORKS GREAT FOR WINDOWS 10 USING IT FOR HOME AND WORK PROJECTS --GREAT VALUE AND PRINTER
So far...VERY happy! I’ve had this Brother product less than a week and am pleased. The set-up was a breeze, and I don’t understand why so many reviewers have SO much trouble. I’m able to print from my PC (Windows), and effortlessly from both my iPhone and Apple tablet. I spent a, measly, $22 bucks for a 3-year extended warranty because we ALL know how long products last these days; I think it’s worth it. Awesome little printer even if it only has "Starter Ink" Overall we are more than happy with this printer. We did a lot of research before we purchased it. We would only have one thing to note. The box says that it comes with a year's supply of ink in the box. What you get in this box is one set of Starter Ink. From what we were able to learn from Brother is that a Starter ink cartridge "contains approximately 65% of the yield of standard LC203 cartridges and so should yield approximately 355 pages" This was very disappointi... read more
Great value. Pretty slow. I'm a math teacher, who finally had to break down and get a home printer due to the COVID-19 lockdown. I didn't go through the institution, but just did my own thing, because I'll be using it for all my personal printing. If I got the slightest whiff of problems feeding scans or feeding new paper, I shied away, and the Brother was left. It's nowhere near as quick to render high-grade scans as the Konica at work. Easy to feel comfortable using, professional results The super large ink supply, quality of the printing,quietness,ease of set up. I connected it to computer , no wireless.
