Easy Install and User Friendly Easy to use and reliable. Very happy with my purchase.
Paper jams - ugh It works pretty well, except when printing envelopes or letterhead or anything that you have to manually feed. In those cases, it ALWAYS thinks it has a paper jam. I've researched & tried to look in every crevice and cannot figure out why it ALWAYS thinks it has a jam. I literally open the top, take out the toner, insert the same toner, close the top and see if the machine will print. It usually takes me at least 3 - 4 times of opening the printer before it will print - keep in mind - I do not remove any pap... read more
Long lasting This is as good as I had hoped it was. Fast printing and love this style of printer as I have had an older brother laser printer that this one replaced. I had gotten many years of service from the old printer and look forward to the same from this one!
