Overall worth every penny - just a few detractors This Brother all-in-one has absolutely made my office run faster and more smoothly. Printing is crisp and fast, and scanning and copying are fast and easy. My two gripes are the crooked scans and copies when the document feeder is used, and the fact that the printer completely locks up when it says the toner needs to be replaced. I would love to see both of these aspects addressed in future models. Why not take the product from great to fantastic?
Value for money Best value for money. Does everything you need from a printer at home or small office, except colour print. Excellent speed with duplex print and scan. Can AirPrint and directly email or upload to popular online storage.
Workhorse I love the printer but I’ve already have to replace the toner and I am concerned about the capacity of that feature. My old MFC8970’s toner cartridge lasted forever. Otherwise, it’s great!

Multi function printer Great multi function printer for home or small office. This is my second MFC - the other being ten years old and still working. Highly recommended.
