Could be better It is a good little compact black and white printer but the scan quality is not the best.
Generally please -- but toner ran out too fast! For the most part, have found this machine a welcome change from the HP inkjets we've been buying. Seems sturdy, like the B/W only, scanning works well, screen easy to read/activate, reliable so far, BUT the toner ran out after a little over 2 months with low-moderate home use. One of the big reasons for moving away from HP was ink cartridge tyranny. Better Than Expected. This printer is an upgrade from an older (discontinued) model. The setup was so easy (Just use the setup wizard), select the network, enter password = all done! Adding the printer on my Mac was automatic. Apple AirPlay was selected automatically. The setup on my iPhone was just as easy. The print quality is outstanding.
