Expectations fulfiilled Works as good or better than my old Brother 8480. Lets hope the fuser lasts a bit longer. Makes me wish the engineers and designs would make these things with the fuser as replaceable as the toner. Just a thought.

Easy to set up and use This is a great printer for every day use. It doesn't require constant refills of ink cartridges like our previous printer...Whew!

Best printer I've ever owned. I've use this at home for about 4 months and am quite pleased with it. No problems so far. It's fast (both startup and printing), copies are good, and it's easy to operate after a little experience.
More robust than HP equivalent... with one caveat Love this printer. Real workhorse with all modern features. Great prints & fast operation. We use the document feeder a lot, and this one has a really good robust design. Have been methodically replacing my HP printers with these, and have been very satisfied except for one thing. When this printer starts up it draws a lot of power, and if plugged into a heavily loaded or overstretched circuit, will cause brownout conditions for other devices on that circuit. A Strong Workhorse Commercial Printer This printer is what our I.T. department recommends for all of our 11 locations. They're perfectly equipped to handle the workload of a small office. Our office prints almost non-stop and the toner lasts for a long time. The older models we had before these ones lasted for 10 years so I estimate that this new model will last longer.
