Just gave up last week. This printer was easy to set up - was printing and scanning right away. My only issue so far - it is louder than the old one. The first time it started printing, it scared me. Not sure why it is so loud.
Five Stars Great printer, scanner
Another good Brother product Easy setup and install. It is a little taller than we expected, but we were able to move a shelf in the book case. Prints great and the scanner function works fine. The unit is noisy when printing.
