Great price. Great product. Great product.
Decent machine but.... Fast enough. Feeds and copies well, but it keeps losing it's ability to scan, and you have to monkey with it for an hour until it works. Their online support is useless ("try reinstalling the program") and the community blog doesn't help. Never had this problem with other Brother equivalents. But none of us have the time to waste on stuff like this!
Great Printer - Doesn't Last Long I've loved this printer. An absolute speed demon, and work horse. Good toner economy too! Unfortunately, just over a year later (just outside of warranty, of course) and the ADF is broken. Considering we do quite a bit of scanning on this, a broken ADF pretty much derelicts the machine. It's looking like a $100+ repair cost.

Great printer,copier, scanner...love it !!!! Brother products are awsome. This printer is a must have for a small company or personal use. Set up was easy and the copies are of perfect quality. Having an issue with the scanner but Brother tech support is awesome and I know it can be fixed.

Great Office MFC Printer Excellent printer at a reasonable price. Very fast printing.
Acceptable for small scale operations The top paper feed crunches the paper, so we don’t use that feature...clearing a paper jam is not so easy, the parts you have to pull out to access the jam do not remove easily, nor do they slide back in easily. Otherwise it prints our copies.
