Maybe an old dog can learn new tricks The product was setup by my dealer and delivered almost ready to go. Really easy to use and extremely versatile with all the scanning and printing options. I really like this product.
Renaming scanned attachments When I select scan to email, the text arrives as an attachment and is labelled ccc.0009 or some similar code. There ought to be a way that I can label the attachment myself so that multiple attachments can be scanned to an email. I have been able to do this with my HP scanner/printers in the past.
High quality printer, but very slow I recommended and purchased this printer for my Amish friend's business. He has a fairly high workload as the printer is used for faxes and printing. I had a chance to see in person what he was not happy with and that is the speed of the printer. I was asked to assist him in printing a number of 16-page booklets that required full color, two-sided printing on 8-1/2 x 11 stock. Great printer for office automation Excellent multi-function in our office, especially useful is the soft keys to automate tasks to scan to folder and scan to email. Also very hand was the high-capacity cartridges available to use. Overall, a great addition to our office automation.
