Four Stars Decent multi function printer, copier, and scanner. Will fit my needs.
Could be the best printer if it weren't for the bypass tray. The MFCL-2740DW does just about everything well. It prints fast, scans accurately, and copies like champ. The only thing it doesn't do well is print/copy from the bypass feeder. Everytime I use it there seems to be a 50/50 chance that an error will flash telling me there's a jam and I need to fix it. Problem is is that there's no jam and in order to start the print I have to open the front and close it so the sensor, or whatever is faulty, resets. If you never inte... read more

Excellent printer. Couldn't be happier Very happy with this printer. Couldn't stand the ink jet money pit anymore so I finally made the switch to laser. Easy setup. Quick setup guide is simple and to the point. Setup USB, then wired LAN and finally wireless in that order. First time worked flawlessly. Mobile app is simple to use and works perfectly (Galaxy Tab S2). Prints fast, copies fast and scans fast. No blemishes, just clean and sharp printouts. LCD screen is pleasant to use. So far so good, except... Good printer. Good build. Seems durable. However, you can not do mobile wifi printing without downloading the app. Then, when you print, your document may go through multiple third party servers before it makes it to your printer. So unless you don't mind everyone else getting you documents, then be my guest. Have not figured out how to scan without connecting the printer through usb to the computer yet. Brother I'm so happy to not own an HP printer anymore. This printer serves my needs perfectly since my printing needs are B&W. I am no longer a slave to the color ink guzzler of an HP.
I think I made a good purchase. It does everything I expected. The wireless driver for Windows 10 works with no problems. I think I made a good purchase.

Nice printer with easy online installation for several Windows 10 computers. Very nice printer with terrific features. My wife and I really enjoy the wireless printing feature.
