A very good printer for Linux users. This printer does a pretty decent job and is a good replacement for my MFC-8480DN. I really appreciate its significantly smaller footprint but it seems a bit noisier than the 8480 when in use. Had a little problem getting it set up correctly with my router. Not sure what happened but a printer reset cleared up that issue allowing me to complete the network configuration. All in all I heartily recommend this printer particularly for those who run Linux like myself.

Look No Further.. Finally got fed up with ink-jet printers for office work. Ink dries up, the pain to clean the heads, etc. So I found this Brother Monochrome Printer with some good reviews. I have to agree with them totally. Excellent print quality and very good on the toner usage. It prints and works like a higher priiced and heavier duty printer. Quite pleased with it! Would recommend this for anyone looking for a good and reliable printer.
