Five Stars No more inkjet for me. This is affordable with lots of features for the home or small office.
Upgrade firmware first It took me an hour to figure out how to setup scan to email. You need update firmware first, thanks for previous reviewer’s download link.
Awesome All-In-One! I've had this printer well over a year now. It was much easier to set up than its predecessor I purchased many years ago. I don't have to use it often, but when I do, it never gives me trouble! I love the touch screen too. Much easier than the LCD screen on the old one.

Good MFC printer Good little printer and I have used Brother MFCs for years without too many issues. They are really workhorse products that can last years and years with little to no replacement parts. The only issue I have with this little one is that sometimes when scanning a multi-page document, the scanning pauses for a few seconds then continues. This behavior is repetitive and does not have anything to do with the resolution or scan settings because I'm scanning with black and white 150 dpi and it still does it. This ... read more
Four Stars Works great
Good Buy! This printer has been great! Works well and no problems at all. No more printing out 20 sheets of paper and running out of ink every time you turn around like we did with the old ink jet printer we had. They may be cheaper up front, but the ink cost will hit your wallet hard! Very happy with this printer and consider it a good buy! !
