I recently bought a townhouse with an older roof that needed replacing, and I had two insurance companies drop me because of it. I spoke with Mike from MGS and explained the situation, and he worked with me to fit me in to have the roof replaced before the second insurance company canceled my policy. Great company and great work! From the beginning to the end all their interactions with us were very professional and helpful. The company representative ( Mike @ MGS Construction LLC) explained all the options very clearly and helped up select the best materials and installation method for the new roof. Manny and his team added a 12x24 screened in porch to our home as well as changing the roof line and installing a metal roof. The quality of their work was superior and completed ahead of what we expected. Manny's team was professional and courteous and cleaned up work area daily. Good afternoon, This review is somewhat late in coming due to health issues. I had a completely awesome experience with MGS construction for my new roof. From the beginning estimate (Which was many thousands lower than others) through roof completion. The workers were phenomenal and left not one ounce of debris. I am happy that they were able to do the job earlier this summer and not in these 100 degree days. My roof looks terrific and I would hire MGS again in a flash. Got several quotes for my roof replacement there price was several thousand less for the same job. The work was completed in one day any small issues were resolved the next day, Mike was honest and did not try to upsell, very satisfied with the job.

I worked with Mike to set up a roof replacement project. He was honest, thorough and communicative. The project was coordinated quickly and at a significantly cheaper price than 2 competitors, both of which scoped for a completely rotted roof without actually seeing if there was damage under my shingles. In the end MGS determined the whole roof was not completely rotted.
