The selection of GAF shingles was easy after looking at the condition of homes in my neighborhood. Some of the had black streaks and uneven ridge vents. My sales representative Al Guevara made an excellent presentation including Graphs that outlined why GAF shingles and the installation were better than some of the other roofing companies. I woke up to a wind storm taking off a section of my roof. I called MGS Construction and within a week, we had a new roof. I have used MGS for siding, windows, and even a kitchen. Now top it all off with a roof. They always are prompt, do a great job, and leave the property clean and tidy. I trust MGS implicitly and never need to look elsewhere. I would recommend them to anyone.

If I could I'd give them 6 stars! After the wind storm over the weekend I noticed some shingles on the ground. I contacted MGS Monday afternoon to see if they could help me with this problem. On Tuesday at 1 PM the job was started!! This brings me back 20 years when this was the normal procedure when seeking service of any kind, Prior to any work being started all the work was explained with the reason for it needing to be done.
