Recently had my roof replaced and hired MGS for the job. I usually don't take the time to write reviews but I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and quality workmanship. I Had the pleasure of dealing with Mike, who came out to do my estimate. He took the time to explain the process and was very professional. The crew left the yard spotless and were also very professional. I'm beyond happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof!
About 5-6 years ago I had a roof stripped and reshingled, I was very impressed with the job so when my house needed residing MGS was my choice, again very impressed with the workmanship, my main house needed a new roof so I called MGS and again a very professional job was done, from the removal of the old shingles, cleanup of all removed material and installation of new shingles, Dan and his crew were very pleasant and professional, they cleaned the siding of marks and the owner removed and replaced my storm door glass that ... read more
My experience with MGS was outstanding. From initial contact with Mike through the roofing project itself, the expertise, professionalism, and quality work shined. True to their word, the project was completed in one day - certainly a feat for a roofing project that involved both sketchy weather (rain and snow) and the removal of two layers of shingles. Moreover, clean up was immaculate. This is the third roof I've replaced on three different houses. MGS was the best. Highly recommended!!
The Segundo team lead by foreman Dean was outstanding! They showed professionalism, politeness, and skill. The team worked like a finely tuned machine. The conditions were extremely warm but they knew exactly what needed to be done and proceeded to get the job done excellently. Our home has a lot of landscape and the team treated it with respect and care. Our salesman, Al, explained the procedure and was there throughout the whole process. We could not be more pleased!
I've used Manny and his crew for a various construction tasks over the past 8 years and they perform about my expectations and a fair prices every time.

MGS Is the best in the business. Very honest and beyond talented!! They have put an addition on the front of our house. Also have totally gutted and rebuilt both our bathrooms!! Among other odd jobs. My roof sprung a leak causing damage to the interior of my home. The timing could not have been worse as this occurred in late November. After several frantic phone calls, I landed on Michael M***** who is the sales manager at MGS Construction. After a site visit from Mike, we determined that my shingles were at the end of their lifespan and it would be best to replace the entire roof. Highly recommend- Manny was great and met all the expectations I was looking for going through a home improvement project. Expectations were discussed up front and communication was great through the project. His team members were friendly and professional. My new bathroom is beautiful - was not the easiest job. The timeline was unbelievable!! I can't thank MGS enough - very happy and satisfied customer. I will be recommending MGS every opportunity that I can!
