Michael was the only lender that listened to me when I went to purchase a home two years ago. I had qualified for a new FHA loan after a short sale under a specialized financing program. Michael did the research and found me a new 30 year mortgage at 3.75%. Today he helped my wife and I refinance that loan into a new 15 year mortgage at 3.50%, eliminating our PMI. Michael did an amazing job of organizing our loan. The process was quick and easy, with out interest rate being lower than expected. My wife and I were moving across the country and Michael did a great job of assisting us through the process well before we had found a home. Michael was also available for questions throughout the process. That had not always been my experience with previous lenders.

The process of getting our refinancing in place was very simple and straight forward. Required information was communicated to us timely and the portal used to submit information was very easy to use. Once all information was submitted, underwriting was completed ahead of schedule and closing was on schedule. What else can I say ?
