Found better rates and programs from another lender multiple times. Infromed Michael of these programs and then we were able to get them. I then felt like I was doing his job, I felt like he wasn't looking out for me by helping me to get the best rate, and I felt guilty for not giving my business to the other lender who found us the better rates. A postive was how fast closing was able to get done.
