We recently went through a process of buying a new home while trying to sell our existing home. To come in strong, I wanted to make an offer that wasn't contingent on the sale of my existing home, but didn't know if that would work for us. As a first time home buyer Michael and his team walked me through the process and kept open lines of communication. They were quick to respond and helped me close in 3.5 weeks. Michael took the time to explain how things work and what to expect. He kindly fielded my millions of questions, even on the weekends. He gave me a weekly update whether I asked for it or not. That's great service. The whole team was awesome. I have worked with other groups and they did not work as diligently to complete the loan as soon as possible. I never felt like they forgot about my loan.

Michael and his whole team were great to work with! My husband and I just bought our first home and we had a lot of questions. Michael was able to answer/explain everything and made us comfortable with the whole process. Michael was always available to speak with us as we needed. We really enjoyed having someone who made us feel comfortable and cared about us and not just gaining another client! All of this happened so smoothly during Covid 19!
