Michael was an awesome resource during the purchase of our first home and we had a great experience with his team. During pre approval, we knew exactly what they needed from us due to their clear and prompt communications. Any time we had questions, we would hear back from them the same day. This was my fourth home buying experience and this was by far THE BEST!! In my previous experiences it felt as though the finance company was trying to disapprove my loan application and it was up to me to prove to them that I was worthy. Michael is a genuine person. He invited us to his office and answered every question we threw his way. We were clueless to lending procedure and were honestly quite anxious. He made us feel comfortable and worked hard to ensure our decision was well educated. With Michael there are no “dumb” questions. He treats everyone with respect and works hard to earn your business. Michael and his team helped us manage our new home purchase in January. Even though we were out of state, his team always communicated with us and made sure we new what to expect at every turn. Michael and his team, especially Larry and Brian are wonderful! They make sure the process is seamless! Michael even provides his cell number and helped me during his personal time. This is the 2nd time I have used them and I can't say enough great things. If you want a team with a personal touch and still highly professional, use them!!!!
