Michael and his team are top notch. While other companies treat you as a line on a spreadsheet, Access National’s customer service is unmatched. From the weekly updates to the personal phone calls regarding the status of your application, nothing compares to the 5 star service provided by Michael and Larry. Michael, Larry and his team were absolutely outstanding to work with. The first time I called Michael he made time to personally talk with me and go through my situation. His policy of having weekly touch-points, both emailed status reports and personal phone calls, made the entire process feel much more comfortable than experiences I've had in the past. I honestly don't know if I could have made it through the process without Michael. When my whole world was upside down he personally guided me through everything, beginning with establishing my credit! He and his staff, especially April and Larry, are just amazing. Even the sellers realtor at closing said she was impressed with him and his Tuesday Updates! Today I am in my perfect dream home thanks to Michael.

Michael and his team were very responsive and walked me through every step of the process. Anytime I had a question I was able to reach Michael or someone on his team immediately. Michael handled my loan personally and made me feel like I was his first and only priority. This was extremely helpful in easing any anxiety seeing we were purchasing in Texas and Michael is based in Georgia, and sometimes there are different rules in purchasing homes from state to state.
