RecommendedAs a Realtor it's tough to find good Lenders to work with. Michael is one of the good ones. I appreciate his transparency and how diligent his team was at getting things done. I highly recommend working with him we made a great team.
Michael was terrific with his communication. My situation was very complicated and he was able to get it done. I was able to get an FHA with 3.5% down payment at a 3.625% rate. If you have a complicated situation definitely contact Michael. Be very hands-on and he is very responsive. I had an issue with the escrow company and he was able to work with him very closely to get the deal close. He was also true to his words on some promises he made. I would definitely use him again and refer my friends to him.
We were very happy with Mike's services with our refinance. He was super helpful with any questions or concerns during the process!
