It was easy to get into the secure system to upload documents and to electronically sign items. Also helpful to be able to review them at my leisure before signing. Michael and Churchill were good at being accessible when I needed them, according to my schedule, not just the typical 8 to 5.

Michael and the team was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. They made the process easy and enjoyable. We didn't have the best real estate agent, so the extra help Michael and the team were able to provide gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with purchasing the house.
