I've done business with Michael Brown and Churchill Mortgage for years. When it came time to take advantage of lower interest rates, I called Michael. He gave me a great offer, then worked to keep my business when I shopped around (engineer always looking for the best deal). As personalized as he and CM are, they also assign a team to you, complete with a lead who is at your beckoning call (Maggie answered text and emails from me at all hours of the day; she was fantastic!) Simple and perfect!
