We worked with Michelle Ferrante throughout most of the home loan process and she was great. This was our first home/mortgage, so we were a little nervous, but she make the experience incredibly easy. She even met us at the closing even though she wasn't required to and it was out of the way. Michael Brown went above and beyond once again, giving the best personable service. For most the buying and selling process I am sure can be extremely stressful. To find a professional to help you through trying times is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. We definitely found Michael Brown not to be a needle but a polished sparkly diamond in that haystack. Maggie Wilkins made me feel like her only client. She took the time to get to know me and to make sure I understood each step in the process. When I did have questions, her responses were prompt. I had brief communications with some other ladies at Churchill and each of them were friendly and very courteous.

My wife and I are very happy to finally buy a home for our three little ones to grow up in. This was all possible because Michael Brown, Austin, Maggie and Marie did such and awesome job. I was first scared to go thru the process because sometimes you don’t get what you are looking for but with Churchill mortgage you get more than you expect.
