Mike was awesome from day 1. He understood that I had no experience or knowledge in buying a home or applying for any sort of loan, let alone a mortgage. He ALWAYS took the time to make sure I understood what everything meant and calm my concerns, even if it meant him calling me personally after hours, which made me feel important as a customer/borrower. His team are lovely as well and were always there to answer questions if I had them. Just overall a great experience!
