Michelle & Rochelle are wonderful! They stayed in very close contact with me & even after yet another death in my family, they were caring enough to check in after the funeral just to see how I was doing! Even with all of the complicaions bc of how the house was aquired, you made it happen & I can now keep my mother's house!! For that I will be forever grateful! Michael was great, but I got a phone call 3 days before closing that threw us for a tailspin. We had to make changes to the loan at the last minute and I didn't know if we were going to be able to close on time when I had everything lined up to move. We were told at the last minute that we couldn't do the FHA loan and had to go back to a conventional loan. It was very stressful and I feel like we should have known that sooner. I ended up paying more at closing because of the changes.

Have less people at Churchill involved in process and subsequently fewer 'handoff's' from one Churchill person to another. Have Churchill people be more accurate. Have Churchill people be better at responding to all questions that were asked so that we did not have to have as many follow ups to get all the answers that we asked. Improve the process at Churchill so that we would not have had to spend the significant amount of time that we did to get from the start to the finish of the loan process.

UW was asking questions which no UW asked me before. She asked for the CD of properties were closed in 2009 and 2013 and other was sold in 2018 and other things were seemed not okay to me and frustrated me a lot. Most of her requests were unexpected for me. Sherri did a great and Michael Brown was the most friendly one.
