We came to Michael at Van Dyke on the recommendation of our realtor, after having been absolutely, totally, unbelievably mistreated, repeatedly lied to, and left in the lurch by Bank of America (*BofA, after having sent the settlement papers, denied the loan on the eve of closing; our closing lawyer said they do this all the time). Our realtor said, "If Michael says he can do it in a month, he will". And he did. The communication was great, everything went smoothly as it should have.

Everything seemed to be a rush for us. Plus we started the process in Florida which needed signatures the day we left adding stress because all we had were cell phones. I would suggest providing a location for signature for people that don’t have computer access. Partly it was our realtor obligation to establish a realistic schedule.
