Even though I had limited communication with the lender because I was the listing agent the one time I reached out to Michael he was very friendly & helpful and called me back to ensure a question was answered from an appraiser. Also, the closing date was moved up a week due to conditions being satisfied by buyer so in turn my sellers were extremely happy!
