The overall communication was poor. The emails were excessive and the tone of emails was demanding. Things were done last minute that could have been better planned. The amount of documents to re sign seemed excessive. It was not a good experience overall. I felt frustrated many times with Christy.

I only spoke with Michael 1 time for the initial consultation. After that I was passed off to his assistant that only sent emails requesting different documents . I was not kept informed of the progress of my application . Basically I was kept in the dark during the process , not receiving even one phone call to see if I had any questions or concerns . Overall it was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this company
