Everything was good at the beginning and as we move forward for the loan. As we got the day before the closing I had to pay out another 8000 and some dollars which they sprung it on me that day. So I thought that was very bad business on their end.

Tara and Christy were very thorough; they were responsive to our questions and equally proactive resolving possible issues. With regards to Michael, the communication process could have been better; at times we didn't believe he was working in our best interest as a trusted adviser. Nevertheless, the experience was not a bad one...it was okay.

The staff especially Mr. Burchette were extremely friendly. The issues come from time sensitive issues not being dealt with. I had to call several times to question why certain processes were not being addressed. All requests for information from me was provided usually within the hour at worst the next business day when i was able to retrieve information from my local bank. Although very friendly this was a very stressful loan process. I could not in good conscious recommend this company.

Communicate better. Forget the silly videos and let customers know what’s going on. Don’t change closing date without consulting with the customer I lost my furniture delivery date because of this and now won’t see my dining set until July. How hard Would be to organize & catalogue your requested documents instead of asking for the same documents you’ve already received multiple times I’m still unhappy with sensitive documents that were sent by email unsecured, more than once
