Christy was beyond excellent and there are no top words to describe how awesome she was fromstart to finish. She acknowledges every single email letting us know if she received each piece of documentation and responds in an excellent timely manner. She never misses anything and is an most awesome diligent person! Our closing was perfect and the whole process was perfectly smooth despite a change in jobs during the course of our new build home process. Thank you also to Michael who worked with us for being there!

I would highly recommend VanDyk Mortgage they were excellent in every phase of are mortgage process. Very professional and gave there personal touch to everything. They were timely in responding to emails and phone calls and any questions or concerns we my have had. We were on a short time line to get the approval for our mortgage or forfeit our down payment.
