Michael was very prompt in responding, knowledgeable and open to brainstorming. Christy was very prompt and responsive as well. Overall, excellent service. Only feedback or room for improvement would be informing upfront how points would mostly impact PAR. Also, more info regarding the starting base rate changes as a result of market fluctuations. Finally, more info on aggregate credits and how they come and go.
