I really dealt with the person I was handed off to. Stacey Chiarella , she was great and got back to me promptly. As well as Markella the lawyer ( who doesn’t work for tour company) I just think we fell off of the other guys plate and that was it.

It was a great experience with the firm as a whole but our processor Lisandro for one of the properties did not understand the basic documents and kept on asking the same documents again and again. It was very inefficient and difficult working with him. Also his email communication skills were very rude towards us. My suggestion would be all processors who are client facing should be trained properly to understand all the financial documents. Our other loan processor was very organized.
