I was not given a choice to not us a computer I do not always have access to a computer or printer I started receiving texts from people that I don’t know or trust I did not know if they were trying to scam my or they were working for me On the day of closing the person was late coming to my house when I called I got the impression that she was not coming at all This tried to blame on me Do to her late arrival I was not able to take my nephew to work that day so he missed a day of wo

My husband did the bulk of the communication, only had to fill in. Hopefully he is also receiving this survey. It’s my impression that every interaction with MB our went smoothly and certainly met expectations. After that point, the errors and the miscommunications, similar to our first refi, began. Our processor asked for documents we had already signed, couldn’t locate info we requested, gave us erroneous guidance with respect to the title company and couldn’t provide us closing documen

Last minute underwriting concerns and 48 hour delay in closing was made understandable to us by Mike Burke, but was quite stressful. In the end Mike came through for us. That’s why I can’t rate the experience as “great”. We appreciate all of Mike’s efforts.

The communication between the lending team and me was awful. I was contacted once before closing about final numbers, which was the day of, after I had asked numerous times for this information. I know the process takes time, but then when it came time for closing the numbers Mike and I had discussed we’re completely different. This caused me not to sign the paperwork and also to chose to move on to a different lending company. I am sorry this had to happen because they were recommended.
