Michael was fabulous!!
Michael and his team were incredibly helpful throughout this process. They were very communicative and always available for questions and discussing options. I appreciated how much they helped me navigate the process for loan application. In addition to helping me secure a great loan at a great rate, they were always kind, transparent, and not at all pushy, which made the experience that much better/less stressful.
Michael was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was informative, guided me through every step. He took time with me even when I had trouble with my computer skills. Everyone on his team was great. Things were done in such a timely manner. I put off refinancing my home because I was scared about all the paperwork.
