Michael answered all my questions in enough detail for me - which is a lot. From my end the whole process was smooth, moved forward steadily, and worked great for us. I have had exactly opposite experiences with other companies and was thrilled to work with Michael again directly for the second time refinancing a home. It was a great decision!
