Michael was very honest and up front. If the refinance didn’t make good financial sense, he told me so. Looked at refinancing about 8 months ago when rates were a little higher and it wasn’t good for me and my wife and Michael told us if it were him, he wouldn’t do it at that time. I contacted him when the rates continued to drop and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. Great team around him also. Thanks to Michael and Churchill!!
