Michael Ham was fantastic to work with. I had reached out to him several years back about a refinance, and he let me know at the time that it didn't make sense for us to refinance. I appreciated his honesty because he could have easily had us refinance, but it wasn't in our best interest. When it came time for us to revisit refinancing this year, we knew who to reach out, and Michael was fantastic at every step of the way. We recommended him to two of our friends who had a great experience, too!
