Michael Ham was always checking in to see if my wife or I had any questions. He continually changed the mortgage app estimator for our different needs/changes so that we could see what loan type would benefit us most. His team was very friendly, communicative, and seemed genuine. My wife and I previously worked with two other lenders in the Nashville area and had the complete opposite experiences, with both. Michael Ham and his team made us feel comfortable throughout the experience.
