It is rare to find someone so easy to work with, competent, and responsive as Mike. He went out of his way to help me and my husband through the process of securing financing for our home. Mike was great to work with. Very knowledgeable of all potential financing and was fantastic in explaining the process. He was super responsive and turned everything around quickly. No surprises at closing and even saved some money at the end of the day. I would recommend him for whatever your mortgage needs might be - new loan, refi. etc.
As first time home buyers, we were looking for a lender that was responsive, easy to work with, and patient. Mike not only helped us understand the lending process, he took the pressure out of getting our first property loan. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and was ready to go as soon as we found a property. I would highly recommend Mike and plan on using him again in the future.
Michael is one of a kind. He was extremely responsive and very resourceful in dealing with a difficult mortgage situation based on the property my wife and I made an offer on. He came through with flying colors and demonstrated a lot of confidence that he could get it done, from start to finish.

Mike Heldt puts his pants on just like the rest of you -- one leg at a time. Except, once his pants are on, he closes home loans, with great rates. I also have a significant suspicion that Mr. Heldt has no life outside of the home mortgage industry, with the possible exception of fantasy football.
