Service was a recall for software. Courtesy safety inspection was in the green. Recommended fluid changes for brakes transmission and rear differential. There was no upscale. I thought the fluid Recommendations were spot on since they couldn't see them in their records, but I had done these recently. Forgot to mention it was my wife they dealt with. While I have used their services several other times the experience has ALWAYS been positive!
Paula at Michael Hohl Honda did an excellent job with checking me in on my regular service for the 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport Elite Blackout. The service was done timely and very much enjoyed the updates she provided as to how the service was coming along.
Friendly and approachable staff.
Fast and helpful service staff
I wasn't impressed at first, but eventually I was impressed by the care they took with me. I got the Costco discount, and lots of answers to my questions. They found a car in Sacramento and drove it over to Carson City NV for me to test drive and purchase.
Great service- look forward to seeing you next year
Shuttle Service was excellent
I like working with Paula very professional.
Great service. Did not wait too long
