Service was completed early although labor charges are apparently fixed based on the task. A bit pricey but at least this particular maintenance is only needed every 100,000 miles.
I absolutely love the staff! They are ALL very knowledgeable & courteous! I really appreciate Paula in the service department. Always has a smile on her face & if you have a question; trust and believe if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find it! I appreciate the job they do and recognize all their hard work!!!
The service went flawlessly - I came in for an oil change and tire rotation but asked Daniel to please have the mechanic take a look at anything else that might be of concern - I do not drive the car enough miles to keep it on a regular service schedule. It was discovered that my brake fluid was really dirty and I had a belt that was three years past due for replacement. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. New snow tires got me safely.through a snow storm. Timely appointment. Vehicle was ready in the time expected.
