Making appointment was easy, car wass ready in time promised, service advisor was efficient.

AMAZING!! The Michael Hohl Subaru were extremely friendly and completed quickly.
The service rep was competent. Explained the wait time accurately. The oil change mechanic not so much. When I returned home I discovered an oil leak. Found the drain plug was only finger tight. After tightening the drain plug and wiping the access plate leak was resolved.
