After my service request was approved, Mr. Kronick helped order a set of new tires on my behalf. Subsequently, the next day I changed my mind about the brand and contacted the dealership. My service advisor was out of town so Chris Hawes helped to assist me and placed a new order for a different brand. I was very grateful for that.
