it took 1-1/2 hours to fix a minor leak in a tire - a bit long. And there was some confusion as to whether there was going to be any cost. But all turned out well.

The service consultant immediately began the paperwork for the service when I arrived. I felt as if I was being truely heard when speaking to him. I sat in the waiting area, taking advantage of the WIFI that was offered. Once done the service consultant went over the report about what was done to the vehicle and made sure I was satisfied. Overall, it was a very good experience.
