Had a protective coating put on front part of car, but there were rock chips that were not touched up before. Now they cant be corrected or repaired. Had to pay for the gas on the loaner car. With what we paid for the extra protection and add one, I would expect that to be covered. The tire pressure was low on all tires, but not checked or corrected.

Chris Hawes gave me excellent service. He walked me around the dealership to show me the wilderness package. He also took me to a Subura Crosstrek like mine that had one, that was out in the lot. He wrote up my paperwork for my oil change too. He was very pleasant. I wish I could say that for the others that were in the dealership. They ignored me and were annoyed when I asked a question. One expected me to know the procedure for my appointment. Chris was the only one that was helpful.
